- 1996-1999 EC- regime for the importation, sales and distribution of Bananas
- 1999 Canada – Patent for Pharmaceutical products

· 1997-2000 Designed, promoted and created the Advisory Centre on WTO Law. The Advisory Centre operates as a legal aidfacility for developing countries. It was established as an international organization based in Geneva by 9 developed and 29 developing countries. The development of the project involved the financial model of the Centre and securing resources for U$15million.
